ABOUT THE ROLE
Primarily responsible for the oversight, coordination and planning of daily production activities to ensure
uninterrupted supply, and delivery of product to our customers. Enhances efficiencies in operations, while
maintaining a strong safety culture.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
? Makes recommendations for workforce planning, hiring, training, development, work allocation, conflict
resolution, performance evaluations and separations.
? Supervises, coordinates and monitors plant activities to include the maintenance of equipment.
? Supports and assists personnel in achieving timely and efficient production schedules
? Investigates abnormal operating events, or equipment failures to determine the cause, and makes
adjustments, repairs and/or modifications, as needed.
? Performs daily inspections on the plant
? Ensures conformance with policies and procedures, safety regulations, and local, State and Federal laws
and regulations.
? Analyses operational data and reconfigures operating areas as necessary to provide adequate,
economical service
? Oversees the overall safety of all personnel working at, or visiting the site.
? Ensures proper documentation of operations activities in logs and/or incident reports.
? Maintains an effective system of communications with supervisors and customers service
? Facilitates regular staff meetings and safety toolbox talks.
? Regularly communicates Company financial goals and objectives to direct reports, and ensures they are
performing activities daily that support those goals.
RELATIONSHIPS WITH OTHER JOBS
? Works closely with Sales and Dispatch to understand customer requirements, and to effectively
communicate the ability to meet requirements based on available resources.
? Interfaces regularly with Human Resources, Safety, Compliance and Environmental.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Education: Bachelor's degree or years of equivalent experience.
Required Work Experience:
Three (3) to five (5) years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
* Demonstrated leadership abilities
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel and Powerpoint

* Required Computer and Software Skills:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel, Word and PowerPoint. SAP experience helpful.

* Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Holcim approved
* Personal Protection Equipment ( PPE ), including but not limited to respirators. Subject to applicable law, employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator sealmeets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
