Primary Purpose of the Job
The Production Supervisor opening is in our Kawneer business in Bloomsburg, PA. We are the leading manufacturer of architectural aluminum products and systems for the commercial construction industry. Kawneer is part of Arconic's global Building and Construction Systems (BCS) business unit, which manufactures and markets architectural systems and products in North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
In this role, your primary responsibility would be to manage employees/process, work with peers to make quick quality decisions to move product through the plant, led by example, and be accountable for crew performance and practices by monitoring production, information flow paths and production rates to ensure objectives are being met. *Candidate must be open to Day or Night Shift Continuous Operations
