In this role, your responsibilities will be:

* Supervise and coordinate activities of the production team to ensure production targets and metrics are achieved by the team. Monitor and adjust workflows to increase efficiencies.

* Maintain quality standards for products and processes.

* Implement quality control checks and corrective actions as needed, while collaborating with the Quality team to resolve issues

* Train, mentor, and develop production staff conducting performance evaluations and providing ongoing feedback

* Address personnel issues and maintain a positive work environment.

* Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Investigating and reporting all incidents, near misses and hazard identification.

* Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions.

* Maintain accurate production records and reports.

* Analyze production data and generate performance reports.

* Implement process improvements based on data analysis.

For This Role, You Will Need:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field preferred.

* 3-5 years demonstrated ability in a manufacturing supervisory role.

* Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.

* Proficiency in using manufacturing software and MS Office.
