Position Details:• Title: Production Supervisor• Location: Carrollton, GA (Relocation available)• Shift: Day/Night shifts 7a-7p, 7p-7a, 3 on 4 off / 4 on, 4 off, rotating weekends.• Compensation: $82k w/ sign on Bonus• Benefits: Robust benefit packagePosition Description: Responsibilities include:Oversee and coordinate the activities of the production team to ensure that manufacturing processes are carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company standards.• Supervise, train, and evaluate production workers.• Assign tasks, manage workflow, plan and organize production schedules to maintain efficiency.• Ensure production targets are met in terms of quantity, quality, and deadlines.• Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols and conduct regular inspections and audits• Manage inventory levels of raw materials and supplies and implement cost-saving measures.• Coordinate maintenance and repair of equipment to ensure optimal functionality.• Maintain accurate records of production activities, including output, quality control, and inventory.• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.Requirements:• Company is looking for strong Military leaders looking to make an impact in an exciting and high growth manufacturing industry.
