Howmet Aerospace has an opening for Production Supervisor. The Production Supervisor is required to follow all Howmet Aerospace safety regulations, policies and all department specific requirements. The Supervisor will direct and motivate the Department to produce product of high quality in the most efficient and safe manner and ensure that scheduling meets business and customer needs.

This opening is for rotating shift positions available from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

  • 2 on 2 off, 3 on 2 off, 2 on 3 off
, Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supervising in a manufacturing environment.
  • 1 year of manufacturing experience is preferred.
  • Experience with TPM, Synchronous Mfg, and Kaizen Concepts
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, have good team building skills, excellent people skills; ability to handle multiple tasks, technically oriented.
  • Must be energetic and a self-starter, able to promote and implement change, have good PC skills, good telephone skills, strong organizational skills, and ability to promote a continuous improvement atmosphere.
