Utilizing cutting-edge ERP software, you'll plan, organize, and track production output, ensuring our orders are delivered on time and our inventory is always well-stocked. Your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail will be instrumental in minimizing downtime and keeping our operations running smoothly.Responsibilities:
- Use ERP software to Schedule outgoing deliveries and receive inbound deliveries, manage inventory and place orders when items are low, plan, organize, and track production output.
- Ensure orders arrive to customers on schedule.
- Work with the team to minimize production down time.
- Collaborate closely with our Maintenance Manager to coordinate preventative maintenance, manage parts inventory, and schedule timely repairs for our machinery, lifts, and trucks.
- Manage employees, including approving PTO requests, discipline/enforcement of rules, and verifying employee production output.
- Safety is a top priority, so you'll also conduct regular walkthroughs and lead engaging safety meetings to foster a culture of vigilance.
• Skills/Qualifications:
- To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a bilingual Spanish/English-speak
- Proficiency in MS Office software and a robust logistics or production management background.
- Skilled with basic computer applications (can learn/use ERP and other company-specific software).
- Prior experience in a supervisory or management role is a significant advantage, as you'll be responsible for leading and motivating a team of dedicated professionals.
- Background in logistics or production, two years experience preferred.
- An HS Diploma, GED, or some college or college degree, is a bonus.
- Must pass Criminal Background Check and Drug Screen
