Responsibilities

The right candidate will have:

+ 4-year degree in Manufacturing and/or Industrial Engineering preferred and/or minimum of 5+ years manufacturing production supervision experience

+ Understanding of Automotive TS 16949 / AS 9100 preferred

+ Commitment to excellence in attitude, work ethic and continuous improvement

+ Ability to evaluate and assess talent skills and align those strengths where needed

+ Must demonstrate strong leadership, organization, and effective communication skills

Our Production Supervisor will:

+ Be accountable for safety culture and adherence to PFC polices on shift

+ Supervise production while assessing process capability, process capacity, and production costs and personnel skills

+ Maintain adherence to production schedule, product quality procedures

+ Maintain TS16949 standards using Control Plans, FMEAs and operating policies.

+ Participate in continuous improvement plans to increase production efficiencies. Initiate and implement corrective actions for tooling or equipment deficiencies.

+ Complete Preventive Maintenance procedures maintaining equipment cleanliness and production readiness.

+ Monitor for and communicate inventory levels and WIP.

+ Complete all shift reports/ summaries before end of shift including test analysis, inspection data and shift runoffs.
