- Coach, teach, and supervise assigned personnel.
- Address employee relations and proactively coach and develop employees.
- Lead project teams to meet goals and milestones.
- Manage performance of direct reports, including hiring and discipline.
- Build and maintain business relationships across the company.
- Manage product line staff, including performance evaluations.
- Promote and enforce safety culture and conduct safety training.
- Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale.
- Organize work schedules and drive continuous improvement.
- Communicate with Planning to maintain inventory and production schedules.

- Lead, develop, and coach others proactively.
- Knowledge of employee selection, development, and training.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with technology and best practices on multiple platforms.

Education:
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Management, or related field;
- Required: High School Diploma.
- At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or production is required.
