We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the Engineering industry. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operations of our production processes and maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our manufacturing processes, from planning and organizing production schedules to assessing project and resource requirements. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to make a significant impact on our operations and contribute to our ongoing success.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Production Supervisor, you will:

Oversee the day-to-day production operations, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.

Implement and manage HACCP systems to ensure the safety and quality of our products.

Plan, schedule, and oversee all production activities, including the management of staff and resources.

Continually evaluate our production processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes where necessary.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all production objectives and deadlines are met.

Ensure that all production activities comply with health and safety regulations.

Provide leadership, guidance, and training to production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Monitor product standards and implement quality control programs.

Liaise with clients and suppliers, maintaining strong professional relationships.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the Engineering industry.

Demonstrated experience with HACCP or equivalent systems.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

Strong problem-solving abilities, with a knack for identifying and implementing effective solutions.

Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

A solid understanding of health and safety regulations.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
