This role is crucial in ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and fostering a positive team environment. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, enabling effectivemunication with our diverse workforce. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily assembly operations to meet production goals and deadlines. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of assembly workers, promoting a culture of safety and quality. Monitor production processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions. Ensurepliance withpany policies, safety regulations, and quality standards. Conduct regular training sessions for staff on assembly techniques, safety practices, and equipment operation. Prepare and maintain production reports, analyzing metrics to enhance performance. Facilitate clearmunication between team members and management, ensuring all personnel understand production objectives. Address any personnel issues or conflicts promptly and professionally. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new assembly team members. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus. Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role, preferably in an assembly environment. Strong understanding of assembly processes, equipment, and quality control principles. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage a diverse workforce. Excellent problem-solving andanizational abilities. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and production management software. Languages: - Bilingual proficiency in English & Spanish required. What's in this for you?
