**_What's the job?_**

+ Leadership role driving improvements through standard work practices within shift production team.

+ Assures good housekeeping practices, enforces plant rules and safety regulations, counsels' employees, documents performance issues and applies the provisions of the labor contract.

+ Manages administrative functions during a shift, including time and attendance, production reporting and the completion of production work orders

+ Works closely with Production Planning, Maintenance/Electrical departments, Quality Manager, Production Managers and Continuous Improvement Manager.

+ Assists with coordination of autonomous and preventive maintenance activities

+ Participates in Continuous Improvement events such as Rapid Improvement Events, Value Stream Mapping and 5S projects.

**Work Schedule:** The Production Supervisor works a rotating shift consisting of three days of 12-hour shifts in Week 1 and then four 12-hour shifts in Week 2.

**_What do you bring?_**

+ Associate degree or equivalent experience is required,

+ One to three years of experience in a manufacturing operation.

+ At least one year of manufacturing production-related scheduling and supervisory experience

+ Energy, creativity and drive to continuously improve your team.

+ Preferred technology experience: Microsoft Office, SAP, Trident and Kronos UKG.
