In this role you will be responsible for ensuring production and financial goals are met, providing the necessary support, training and development of manufacturing leadership, ensuring proper resource allocation/utilization, driving continuous process improvement and supporting safety/environmental goals. You will be leading a group of 20-30 Production employees in the companies busiest, most technical Business Unit, the Camera Production Business Unit and they need someone who has proven to be a strong technical, leader.- Assists in achieving manufacturing business objectives and serves as the point person for driving Lean initiatives- Responsible for addressing and resolving employee, process, and quality issues in a timely manner- Responsible for meeting Operational Excellence goals and achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction- Directs activities through manufacturing leadership to attain production goals consistent with cost, quality, and delivery objectives- Establishes, reviews and forecasts material, equipment, and labor requirements- Coordinates production activities with support functions such as maintenance, materials, manufacturing engineering, quality, safety and so on- Responsible for the development and continuous improvement of a safe working environmentThis is a 3rd shift Monday - Thursday 4:30pm to -4:30am (really 5 to 5 but Pro Sups come in 1/2 hr before shift for turnover).$60 - $80k plus 3% bonusFull relocation packageMatching 401k2 weeks vacation (negotiable for candidate DOE)14 holidaysTuition reimbursement
