Our client (the largest manufacturer of brick and masonry materials in North America) is seeking a Production Supervisor for their facility in Augusta, GA. A successful candidate will be equipped to manage departmental operations within an automated manufacturing environment.Your job will be to motivate and direct employees to ensure compliance with production and quality goals, safety policies and company rules. You will be supervising 8-10 people and coordinating maintenance repair work while ensuring equipment is kept in proper working condition.
