**Production Supervisors in Nashville, TN**
**Description:**
Must assure that production, quality, and breakdown information is clearly communicated to next shift supervisor and team leaders. Will be responsible for tracking production and KPIs on a daily basis and reporting information. Will be production scheduling and create day to day action plan based on demand, labor, and materials available. Working knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**
Bachelors Degree is preferred
Experience in an OEM or Supplier automotive environment
Union experience
Experience managing a production line
