Job Description:

Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be part of the production team, responsible for training employees, planning production, and other supervisory duties. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Production Supervisor

**Location:** Weirton, WV

**Pay Range:** Based on experience

**What's the Job?**

+ Responsible for production line planning/progress, delivery and lines productivity (the number of good pieces in the standard available production time).

+ Responsible for employees' training regarding all the production stations of the line she/he is responsible for.

+ Responsible for daily productivity board updating.

+ Organizing people to respect/follow the assigned/given daily production target.

+ Monitors hourly production productivity versus the given targets.

+ Prior experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.

+ Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

+ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

+ Knowledge of production planning and scheduling.
