Our client is looking for looking a 1st Shift Production Supervisor who will be overseeing around a dozen employees and is responsible for finishing tasks for the entire production process and ensuring efficiency throughout the lines.The Production Supervisor must be aware of all production goals and anticipate problems that could impact long term goals; including quality control and establishing high standards of workmanship.In order to be effective, the Production Supervisor, must communicate well and must maintain positive relations with all internal levels of the organization.(5am-5:30pm Monday - Friday)Full benefits, medical, dental, 100% company paid life insurance. 100% employee owned.
