Production Supervisor

As Production Supervisor you will be responsible for organizing, leading, supervising, and motivating 30 - 40 hourly production employees to ensure daily production goals are met. The company is looking for a hands-on leader who has experience bringing people together to work as a team. Additionally, you will:- Assist, coach and guide the line employees; fostering an environment that allows them to accomplish daily tasks and achieve goals- Coordinate with production schedules for daily scheduling changes and updates- Facilitate and assist with special projects, customer requests, samples, and so on- Work closely with the quality control department, assisting with information gathering and follow-up- Observe and evaluate line processes and personnel to solve problems before they develop- Assist with selection, hiring, advancement, promotion, and termination decisions within the departmentThis position is for the 3rd shift (9pm - 530am).Base + 8-10% bonus + eligible for employee ownership plan, relocation is available on case by case basis.
