Our client is sourcing for a Production Supervisor for their Sparks, Nevada facility. This is the right job for a technically minded operational leadership candidate that enjoys the tasks of mentoring their team and managing a process.They are looking for someone with a technical mindset as well. Those with or without industry experience are fits for the role, leadership is the main key ingredient. Supervisory responsibilities:- Supervises Processing employees in compliance with all production rules, policies, government regulations, company health and safety rules and quality standards- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work- Appraising performance- Rewarding and disciplining employees- Addressing complaints and resolving problemsBase pay DOE + 5% merit-based bonus + quarterly bonus that paid out 7k last quarter.
