Candidates for this position need strong leadership skills and a focus on accountability and adherence to organizational production standards. Job duties include, but not limited to: Supervises and coordinates activities of hourly production workers. You will be responsible for the supervision of 25-30 personnel. Location for this position is Bedford, IN (halfway between Indianapolis, IN and Louisville, KY). Compensation: $55 - $60k, with $3000 in quarterly production bonuses. Total compensation with bonus $70,000 annually.
