Job title: Production SupervisorLocation: EastlakeShift: 3rd (midnight to 8 am)Salary: $24 plus based on experienceJob duties:
- Manage and guide team to meet performance expectations
- Ensure safe, secure and healthy work environment
- Enter data into computer system
- Assist in training and onboarding of new associates
- As needed assist in the operation of CNC, Extrusion, Winding and Boxing machines
- As needed quality check parts with gages and other measuring tools
Requirements
- Previous supervisor experience
- Previous CNC, Extrusion, Winding or Boxing machine experience a plus
- Good computer skills
- Must be a team player and have the ability to work alone. Must be able to be a self-starter and have strong work ethics
- Ability to meet deadlines and have good organization skills
- Must have high school diploma or GED
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening
