Your role is a key member of the management team which includes two Site Supervisors reporting to a Site Manager, leading a team of Operators, Drivers, and Vehicle Mechanics and interfacing daily with the logistics and production support teams.You will need to gain an understanding of all aspects of site operations with a specific focus on production and leadership skills as a front-line supervisor.In addition, you will have direct leadership accountability and be responsible for operational reliability, while implementing productivity improvements and coordinating efforts with the regional maintenance team while keeping safety as the number one priority.Focus areas will include continuous improvement efforts in each site business as well as positioning each operation for development and growth.Effective communication and listening skills to train, coach, counsel, and develop employees to ensure regulatory and policy compliance is essential.You will be a key contributor to the successful start-up of the new operating facility.Full benefits to include medical/dental/vision/401k, possible relocation.
