Production Supervisor
: Job Details :

Duties:- Providing a safe, clean work environment; by maintaining good safety practices, inspecting the workplace, promoting good housekeeping practices, and performing thorough investigations of all accidents with appropriate corrective action. - Meeting production schedules provided by the shop floor control system, as well as pre-production support, by providing adequate manpower levels of properly trained personnel. Control workflow, manpower assignments and overtime. - Maintaining high and uniform product quality through employee training, development, and implementation of inspection procedures. Perform controls and analysis of scrap and rework reports for improvement opportunities. - Developing and maintaining an atmosphere of mutual trust, respect, and positive employee relations through open and frequent communications. - Training and developing highly skilled manufacturing personnel through performance evaluations and coaching for improvement. Provide technical instruction and encourage participation in company sponsored training programs, as well as formal educational opportunities.$65-70k, potentially more depending on experience.
