in this role, you will manage and develop the production team to help produce products in one of the company's largest production operations in the entire company. This leadership will include the scheduling of work activities, coordination of safe work processes, updating accurate information (written and otherwise) and ensure the equipment in the assigned area in working order that the conditions are safe at all times. The key to the needs at this site is the creation of a pipeline of leadership talent to develop these key leaders into management as the site and company grow. The company has an awesome history of developing high-potential leaders that excel in the performance of their duties. of production personnel engaged in packaging beverage products for storage and shipment, including providing leadership, direction, and facilitation on multiple high-speed production lines. The company needs leaders with strong ethics, people who know how to motivate others, and those who will run to the gunfight, not away from it. You should be a person has a background to understand technical and complex systems and the company is constantly growing and using new technologies. Due to the nature of the role, you should be comfortable working and shift that can include mids or nights.
