• Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to build a high-performing workforce.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with the Plant Manager and CI Manager.
• Support key objectives like cost reduction, waste minimization, and material yield optimization.
• Assist in the interviewing and development of new hires, serving as a mentor to guide them to success.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4 years in a similar role).
• Proven leadership and team-building skills.
• A passion for motivating and developing others.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement techniques.
• Enthusiasm for creating a positive, collaborative work environment.
