Position Overview The Fulfillment Lead will ensure daily responsibilities of fulfillment personnel are performed in a timely & accurate manner following established procedures. The Fulfillment Supervisor/Lead acts as a facilitator and resource for other members of the team and coordinates the completion of fulfillment. Assists Fulfillment Manager in training of new fulfillment personnel and performs fulfillment as assigned.
- Provides direction on work assignments to Fulfillment Leads/Operators
- Inspects equipment for safe operation prior to use. Reports unsafe conditions to Supervisor/Fulfillment Manager/Facilities Manager.
- Maintains safety standards and procedures. Ensures Fulfillment personnel are following established safety procedures.
- Ensures all fulfillment personnel adhere to established QC standards and operational SOPs.
- Ensures Fulfillment Leads/Operators receive appropriate training on SOPs and job-related tasks
- Provides coaching to Fulfillment Operators/Leads on performance effectiveness and partners with Fulfillment Manager to develop action plans to address performance issues.
- Review/submit operational reports as assigned.
- Effectively manages backlog.
- Ensures that the work area is kept clean, neat, and organized. Review sanitary conditions in the work area and associated records.
- Assure delivery commitments are met.
- Assure quality standards are met.
- Assure systems and procedures are in place to minimize cost.
- Automate job processing at every opportunity
- Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
