**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Oversee daily quarry production operations to ensure efficiency and safety.
+ Implement and monitor production schedules and quality standards.
+ Manage and train production staff to optimize performance.
+ Coordinate maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime.
+ Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
**Essential Experience and Skills:**
+ Minimum of 5 years in aggregate production or at least 3 years in a supervisory role within a related industry.
+ Strong leadership abilities with clear, concise, and respectful communication skills.
+ Ability to maintain composure and professionally present information, responding effectively to questions.
+ Motivation and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment with fluctuating shift schedules, extensive movement across the plant, and occasional lifting of heavy objects and working in confined spaces.

**Physical Demands of the Job:**
