- Up to $55,000 annual salary based on experience
- 2nd shift working Mon-Fri from 248 pm to 1120 pm
- 3 rd shift working Sun-Thurs from 1048pm to 720 am

As a Production Supervisor you will be responsible for the overall performance of the shift which includes safety, productivity, quality, employee development, and shift leadership. Duties/Responsibilities
- Produces product in accordance with the established schedule and set priorities.
- Monitors all work centers to meet established safety, productivity, and quality standards.
- Reviews scrap throughout production, analyzes data, identifies root causes, and takes corrective actions through direction and working with other departments.
- Conducts necessary training for all employees assigned to the shift.
- Gives daily instruction to Lead Person, Assistant Lead Person, and Material Handlers regarding assignments, tasks, training, and production schedule.
- Completes all necessary documents for reporting purposes including production reports, attendance, engineering change logs, master process logs, set up and start up, and line clearance.
- Identifies and recommends improvements to processes, training, quality, and methodologies.
- Completes performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
- Follow 5S guidelines to maintain a well-organized production area.
- Daily use of company ERP system (IQMS).
- Investigate opportunities for improvement in scrap, machine downtime, and employee knowledge of awareness of potential quality issues.
Skills/Qualifications
- 5 or more years experience in processing, troubleshooting, and start up of injection molding presses.
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor.
- Organizational and leadership abilities as well as problem solving skills.
- Communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated with a results driven approach.
- Knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Will be subject to other pre-employment screening.
