Position Overview:
As part of the talented Operations team, you will focus on overseeing the assembly manufacturing process and the efficient utilization of manpower to obtain maximum efficiency.

Essential Functions:
* Supervise the activities of the employees to ensure for an efficient and safe work force.
* Review daily production schedules to meet daily production needs are met.
* Monitor quality of product to assure compliance with specifications.
* Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of product.
Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way.
Required Qualifications:
* Associate degree required.
* Minimum of 3 -5 years of prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment required.
* Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Strong employee relations management experience.
* Ability to coach, direct and develop employees.
* Mechanical aptitude and ability to work closely with operators.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Knowledge in Kronos preferred.
* Lean Six Sigma Experience preferred.
Working Conditions:
* Onsite position Monday - Friday; Hours: 5am-3pm (subject to change)
* The ability to work in an unsupervised environment.
* May need to move around to different locations throughout the day.
