JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Supervisors lead and oversee all manufacturing staff and organize production workflow.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Oversees and leads production teams and delegates responsibilities and tasks ensuring a consistent, efficient, and quality product with high attention to detail.

2. Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.

3. Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

4. Fosters a positive company culture that facilitates personal growth opportunities.

5. Maintains work flow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods; implementing cost reductions; developing reporting procedures and systems; facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.

6. Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on production summaries.

7. Provides coordination of operations and maintenance activities to ensure optimal unit operations.

8. Achieves business targets and improvements in the areas of safety, quality, efficiency, and costs.

9. Follows both written and verbal instructions to execute production to produce quality finished goods.

10. Measures and controls performance goals and standards.

11. Ensures production operations by calling for equipment repairs and evaluating new equipment and production techniques.

12. Ensures all team members are following safety protocols and works to continuously improve safety throughout the plant and regular safety training goals are met.

13. Measures and controls employee training and development.

14. Completes and submits all required production documentation in compliance with Company standards and verifies accuracy of all information.

15. Assists other team members as needed or directed.

16. Supports and complies with all Company policies and safety requirements.

Additional Compensation:

* Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in an annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.

* Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
