FLOWER CO. is hiring a Production Supervisor. Applicants should be friendly, reliable, and enjoy working on a team. These production positions are goal-oriented and fast-paced. Please note your experience on your resume if you are familiar with the production of vape carts, concentrates, and flower, and any supervisor experience.What you'll do:Production Supervisors are responsible for quality control, inventory tracking, project paperwork, weighing, filling, labeling, and casing house brand products including vape cartridges, flower, and concentrate. You must have fine motor skills, attention to detail, work well on a team, and be open to take direction well. Pay Range: $18-$23/hourRole responsibilities:
- Management and scheduling of Production Technicians
- Project management
- Maintaining proper production records
- Sticking to proposed production schedule
- Product formulation
- Product / packaging QA/QC
- Keep current on Slack comms
- Data management in google sheets, airtable, flourish, metrc
- Following company standard operating procedures, creating and updating as needed
- Keeping communal areas clean and organized
- Friendly, effective communication with peers, supervisors, managers, brand representatives, etc.
- All other tasks as assigned by your direct manager or production manager
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of cannabis industry experience
- Supervisor experience
- Excellent communication (across all channels)
- Business software tools and systems savvy
- Must be 21+ with a valid driver's license
- Must pass a background check
- Must be able to lift 50lbs repeatedly
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Extreme sense of urgency, professionalism and ownership
- Positive team player
- Flexible schedule
Preferred Qualifications:
- Cannabis industry experience
- Experience with cannabis production
