- Directly supervise up to 50 team members, including team leads and hourly manufacturing associates.
- Enforce safety policies and procedures, conducting safety investigations and audits to ensure a safe work environment.
- Ensure product quality standards are met by driving continuous improvement, root cause problem solving, and reducing scrap and rework.
- Support supply chain operations by minimizing excess inventory and ensuring adequate stock for production needs.
- Coordinate staffing resources to meet productivity targets and optimize efficiency in assigned areas.
- Develop and implement standardized work instructions for the assigned departments.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement, training, and empowerment initiatives.
