Production Supervisor Job Description:
- Train, assign, schedule, coach, and discipline employees
- Communicate job expectations and adhere to policies and procedures
- Meet productivity, quality, and customer service standards
- Resolve problems with the guidance of the warehouse manager
- Identify areas for improvement in warehouse procedures and systems
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects
- Organize floor space and adhere to storage design principles
Production Supervisor Job Requirements:
- Capability to lift and move an excess of 70 lbs unassisted
- At least 3 years of experience in a warehouse supervisor or similar role
- Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills to interact with employees at all levels
