Individual is responsible for resharpening grinding wheels that will be used in CNC grinders. Wheel dressing is a process of removing worn abrasives from the surface of a grinding wheel. You need to visually inspect the wheels for defects You will be roughing out any rough spots and sharpening the edges of the wheel. You will be presetting the wheels with specification from documentation per each job. Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience Minimum 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail Excellent problem solving skills Ability to work independently Ability to work in a fast paced environment Good communications Good math skills Ability to multi-task Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, safety rules, operating instructions, and policy and procedure manuals Light to moderate physical exertion required Lifting/carrying Maximum lbs.: Frequent lbs.: 30
