Position: Production Support Engineer
Locations: New York, NY
Duration: 12+ months contract
Responsibilities
- Maintain, implement, and deploy mission critical production data collect series. Respond and resolve incidents for the on-prem solutions. Finally, facilitate development for the new cloud solutions for tasks such as data migration, analysis.
Quals--
- Experienced hands-on (5+ years) Linux, WebSphere, Java production operational support analyst having skills to maintain Java solutions and process operational data tasks and maintenance.
- Respond and resolve incidents for the on-prem solutions.
- Finally, facilitate development for the new cloud solutions for tasks such as data migration, analysis. Experience with AWS and ServiceNow a plus.
- BA in CS or related fields with 5+ years of hand-on production support
