Position Summary:
We are looking for a production engineer who will help us advance our products and production processes. Daily responsibilities would include engineering tasks, such as performing calculations to ensure our systems meet quality and safety standards; and collaborating with technicians and management to resolve any emerging issues. Along with assisting in training our production team members.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Work within the engineering team to identify and implement engineering projects.
* Ensure that installations and applications are in line with customer needs, quality, and safety standards.
* Assisting with the training of current and new production team members.
* Design brackets, connection devices, and other mounting fixtures.
* Improve production process and procedures.
* Train and assist production team members.
Education and Experience Requirements:
* 2-4 years in a production engineer position.
* Prefer a degree in Electrical, Mechanical or related discipline.
* CAD experience
* Able to work independently and within a fast-paced environment.
