As the selected candidate, you will lead product services profit-center and facilitate the repair/test of custom radio products. You will work alongside operations, engineering, and quality teams to verify quality standards and identify problems to contribute to process improvements. You will also communicate with customer representatives and internal field service engineers on status of RMAs.Responsibilities:Act as primary liaison between the customer, field service engineers, operations, engineering, and quality in the repair and root cause analysis of custom radio products.Collaborate with operations director in the prioritization and scheduling of customer repairs.Track and maintain methodical records of all customer repairs including level of repair analysis, root cause analysis, corrective action, and containment strategies.Perform various system/unit level testing on custom radio products.Audit customer return kits. *Generate input for customer repair quoteQualifications:Required: Associate degree and 5-7 years of relevant experience.Excellent communication skills.Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.History of maintaining consistent quality and attention to detail levels.Desired: Experience in DoD Industry.Familiar with basic test equipment, i.e. signal generators, power meters and power supplies.Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced flexible production environment.What You Can Expect:A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
