Immediate opening for Production Lead for a Direct Hire position with a top manufacturer in Danbury, CT. Pay range $ 24 - $ 32 hr.
Responsibilities for the Production Lead:
+ Review production orders and checking inventory for parts needed
+ Scheduling technician for order production to meet deadline
+ Organizing and tracking tasks to meet production goals
+ Hands-on working side-by-side - mechanical and electrical assembly
+ Facilitating communication between production team and senior leadership
Production Lead candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
+ 5+ years Production Lead / Supervisor
+ Technical experience - mechanical and electrical assembly - wiring
+ Strong communication skills and exp in leading and motivating employees
+ Ability to prioritize and organize
+ Able to work independently to deadlines
+ Familiarity with MS Word, (Excel a plus), ERP systems
+ Engineering degree a plus but not required

**Pay Details:** $24.00 to $32.00 per hour
