**JOB DESCRIPTION:**

PDF Seal is searching for a Production Team Leader for their second shift to contribute to the success of our production of foil lids at our facility in Hauppauge, NY. The position is responsible for ensuring the continual operation of the die cutting lines. Other responsibilities include:

* Perform change overs on die cutting equipment

* Troubleshooting issues on the die cutting lines

* Adhere to company GMPs and perform job is a safe manner

* Perform job according to written company standard operating procedures

* Other duties as assigned by manager

**JOB REQUIREMENTS:**

* High School diploma preferred

* 1-2 years experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

* Excellent attendance and punctuality

* Good communication skills to follow instructions in English

* Ability to communicate in Spanish

* Able to work independently and with a team

* Flexible and organized

* Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions

* Good interpersonal skills to successfully interact with team members

* Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

* Flexible and dedicated to doing what it takes to get the job done
