The Production Team Leader is responsible for up to 40, but typically 25 operators and 3 shift maintenance technicians. You will monitor and improve production and quality metrics, lead, mentor and develop your team. You oversee safety, policy, procedures, and process to maintain / exceed goals. This role drives production through people. This is a company facing a retirement issue eager to share tribal knowledge and position next generation leaders as many are expected to exit the workforce.Base salary with both a competitive benefits package and bonus program.
