Job Description
  • Completion of general safety training.
  • Completion of ISO training.
  • Ability to operate packaging equipment and machines.
  • Familiarity with packaging specifications.
  • Identify quality issues and report to Production Supervisor and Leads.
  • Maintain a clean work environment.
  • Quickly respond to any line stops and assist in making the line operational again.
  • Learn and retain production process knowledge for all production lines.
  • Maintain an organized supply of production supplies and report any shortages to Production Supervisor or Lead.
  • Prepare for operating shift and verify all packaging materials are correct before the start of designated shift.
  • Perform any other task assigned by the Production Supervisor or Lead.
  • Forklift and/or reach truck certification if required.
Other related duties and responsibilities as required or assigned.Education and certification
  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • 1-2 years manufacturing experience preferred.
Qualifications
  • Must be able to lift 25-55.
  • Must be able to stand 8-12 hours.
  • Basic math skills required.
  • Light manufacturing conditions
  • PPE required
  • Chemicals may be utilized during our manufacturing process.
