Duties:
* Assemble, build, and fabricate trusses according to specifications
* Operate machinery and equipment for machining and manufacturing processes
* Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues
* Use power tools and hand tools to complete tasks
* Handle materials and perform materials handling duties
* Operate forklifts for moving materials and products
* Perform carpentry tasks as needed
* Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in manufacturing or a related field preferred
* Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
* Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools
* Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
* Knowledge of millwork processes is a plus
