Nesco Resource is currently seeking Production Operators to fill openings with in Automotive Plastics located in Shelbyville, TN.
1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM -
$15.00 per hour
3rd Shift: 11 PM - 7:30 AM
Pay will increase at employee's transition to permanentThe company is a full-service supplier of interior and exterior injection molded plastic components and assemblies. They provide innovative solutions for automotive plastics applications to original equipment manufacturers and their suppliers.Job Duties & Requirements:
- Production experience preferred but not required
- Technical knowledge and ability to read blueprints, drawings etc.
- Ability to learn
- Good understanding of quality control principles
- Perform all component part inspections, trimming and packing according to work instructions and training guidelines
- Observe machine operation to detect work piece defects or machine malfunction
- Stack, mark, pack and transport finished work pieces
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Complete required paperwork
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical condition
- High school diploma/GED will be appreciated
