What You'll Be DoingAs a Production Technician, you'll handle light assembly work, transforming raw materials into finished products. Key tasks include:
- Assembling products following engineering prints and instructions from your supervisor.
- Using tools like soldering irons, wire strippers, and crimpers.
- Conducting in-process inspections to ensure product quality.
- Assisting with monthly inventory and contributing to special projects when needed.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands and completing straightforward, repetitive tasks.What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED (required).
- Basic computer skills-don't worry, they'll train you!
- A keen eye for detail and manual dexterity to complete tasks efficiently.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude.
Experience in soldering or electronics is a plus but not required!Schedule & Pay
- First Shift: Monday to Friday, 6 AM - 2:30 PM.
- Optional overtime on Saturdays from 6 AM - 12 PM.
- Pay: $17 through RSS
