*Full-time, first shift opportunity!7am - 3:30pm M-FA premier manufacturer local to Bucks County, PA, is searching for Production Technicians for their Assembly department. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless assembly of products, maintaining our reputation for quality and reliability. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, a hands-on approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to excellence in manufacturing processes.Responsibilities:* Execute winding processes for prototype samples, including bobbin, toroidal, and other forms, alongside attaching leads/terminals and assembling the final product.* Conduct encapsulation, marking, and finishing tasks in accordance with Product Engineering (PE) drawings.* Prepare and adjust equipment to support assembly operations, identify and alleviate bottlenecks to enhance line balancing and ensure smooth product flow.* Support the training of new and current assembly staff in manufacturing techniques, testing methods, and Workmanship Standards.* Uphold a professional demeanor, ensuring a tidy and safe workspace in line with 5S methodologies.* Aid the Department Manager in managing weekly shipping schedules, documentation review and filing, and ensuring the accuracy and organization of all related paperwork.* Assist in maintaining laboratory tools and equipment, as well as the orderly storage of materials, following 5S principles.* Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor.Job RequirementsRequirements:* 1-2 years experience in a manufacturing environment or technical certification/degree in a related field* Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.* Basic experience with: soldering equipment, hand tools, encapsulation equipment, marking equipment, wire terminating, and winding equipment.* Interpret schematics and blueprints* Familiar with measurement tools for mechanical inspection including calipers, micrometers and optical comparators.* Must be able to work with a microscope/magnifying lens.
