Vaxxinova US is seeking a Production Technician to join our Blend/Fill team in Willmar, MN. About the roleThe Production Technician- Blend/Fill, reporting to the Operations Manager, is responsible for the final formulation and filling of vaccines based on proprietary SRP technology. This position works Monday through Friday 7am to 4pm.Main responsibilities: Operation of production equipment associated with the Blend/Fill department in a sterile manufacturing environmentDisassembly, cleaning and reassembly of production equipment and work areasPreparation of liquid buffers used during the serial assembly processBlending critical components required for final serial batchingFilling final serial batches using product specific filling equipmentAssisting other technicians with troubleshooting and solving technical problemsManually record all necessary information immediately upon completion of a task and maintain records associated with Blend and FillAssisting other manufacturing departments when schedule permitsMaintenance of a clean work environment to assure sterility.Promote safety in all areas of work, professional courtesy, and a positive work environment within the companyQualifications and CapabilitiesBasic math skills requiredGeneral proficiency with MS OfficeDemonstrates excellent verbal, written, and record keeping skillsAbility to prioritize work and multi-taskAbility to identify, analyze, and resolve problemsAbility to work on equipment while standing, bending, kneeling, or sitting required; Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally High school diploma required, Two (2) or four (4) year degree in any technical field preferredOne (1) to two (2) years' experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred Benefits at Vaxxinova:We are proud to offer a generous benefit package in addition to competitive compensation.
