2nd Shift team at our Evansville, IN facility. Our Production Technicians perform a wide variety of tasks. This position will assist in the manufacturing of specialty coatings for the automotive industry. Duties include, but are not limited to: color matching, batchmaking, general utility work, milling, shading, shipping/receiving, filling of paint batches, cleaning tanks, etc. Production Technicians will learn to perform all of these roles, which may allow a wide variety of daily work.We are currently hiring for 2nd
shift. The hours and wages are listed below and there are opportunities for overtime.
- 2nd Shift - Hours 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm - NEW WAGES start at $21.00/hour
The first pay increase comes upon completion of the probationary period, and follows a seniority-based pay system thereafter!
Minimum Qualifications:- Ability to pass a color deficiency test.
- Ability to work first shift hours.
- Good general problem-solving, and math skills.
- Successful completion of Pre-Employment testing: Ishihara (color test) and WonScore/Wonderlic; background check which may include: education verification, employment verification, reference check, criminal background check, etc.; Post Offer Physical which may include: drug & alcohol test, lift testing requirements, and essential functions testing.
