Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities: - Meets or exceeds the company's safety goals, standards and policies - Fullysupports, instills, and reinforces corporate Health, Safety, andEnvironmental policies / procedures and relevant documentation at thefacility - Assists and supports Facility Manager/Department Leads inmaintaining responsibility for a safe, efficient, and environmentally friendlyoperating environment at the facility - Actively demonstrates identifiedProduction Tech skill sets in daily operational duties. Follows instructions ofDept. Lead to ensure customer product delivery requirements and pertinentdocumentation and reporting requirements are satisfactorily being efficientlymet.-Follows SOPs in production and maintenance tasks within facility work groupwithout interruption of customer product deliveries - Follows kinesthetictraining requirements within local facility operations as they relate tospecific job profiling and individual career path goals - Assists andworks closely with all plant employees to complete daily requirements including- All responsibilities as delegated by Facility Manager/Dept. Lead - Facilityrecord keeping and documentation - Innovations and improvement projects -On-site contractors Policies and Procedures - Customer relations as applicable.General Requirements: - SkillSet/Knowledge/Expertise - Follows all Rules/Regulations as set by CompanyFacility Site Manager. Must be able tofollow detailed SOP instructions . Must be able to stand for extended periodsof time.
