- Shift 1: 5:30AM - 4 PM Monday - Thursday (10-Hour Shifts, 4-Days Per Week)
- Shift 2: 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM, Monday - Thursday (10-Hour Shifts, 4-Nights Per Week)
- Shift 3: 5:30 AM - 6 PM, Friday - Sunday (12-Hour Shifts, 3-Days Per Week)
- Shift 3 Includes A 12% Shift Differential To Accommodate For 36/40 Hours Per Week.
- Shift 4: 5:30 PM - 6 AM, Friday - Sunday (12-Hour Shifts, 3-Days Per Week)
- Shift 3 Includes A 17% Shift Differential To Accommodate For 36/40 Hours Per Week.
- Must be open to Mandatory OT when production needs dictate it **
- Pay: $17 - $19 an Hour (Based on Experience, Interview, Etc.)
- PLUS 12% Shift Differential For Candidates Employed On Shift 2 & 3
- PLUS 17% Shift Differential For Candidates Employed On Shift 4

- Hand assembly of a variety of sub-systems and components.
- Reading, interpreting, and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures and assembly instructions.
- Operation of manual hand tools and power tools as required in assembly and validation work.
- Operation of material handling equipment if required (training/certification provided).
- Performing basic troubleshooting and problem-solving to diagnose system, sub-system, and ancillary component issues during the manufacturing process.
- Following all environmental health and safety regulations; compliance with all OSHA standards.
- Maintaining proper housekeeping to promote a safe and efficient workplace.
- Professionally communicating with team members and supervisors.
- Completing manufacturing documentation as required.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required; vocational education/training is preferred.
- One year of experience within a manufacturing assembly position is preferred.
- High degree of manual dexterity.
- Comfort/experience operating hand/power tools safely and efficiently.
- Ability to work overtime as assigned and commit to a flexible work schedule around manufacturing demand.
- Ability to operate a computer.
- Quality-focused and detail-oriented.
- Team player with a positive communication style.
- Ability to stand and/or sit for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
