Your RoleThis role requires a strong background in mechatronics, pneumatics, and various manual skills. The technician must demonstrate a high level of precision and quality in all tasks to support the manufacturing process effectively.
Here are some key responsibilities in this role:- Receive and interpret technical drawings to produce machine parts accurately.
- Assemble machinery components, ensuring alignment with specifications and technical drawings.
- Wire electrical cabinets and machines according to detailed schematics.
- Assemble, and troubleshoot pneumatic systems within machinery.
- Utilize 80/20 extrusion and other materials to build and modify machine structures.
- Perform precise manual machining tasks, including milling, turning, and drilling.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all assembled machines meet safety and operational standards.
About You- We are looking for someone with a minimum of two years of work experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated expertise in mechatronics, machinery assembly, part production, and pneumatic systems.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Completion of at least three years of vocational training in mechatronics.
- Preferably a certified technician in mechatronics or a related field.
Required Qualifications- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings for machinery production and assembly.
- Experience in the manufacture of parts and the assembly of machine components.
- Competent in wiring electrical cabinets and machinery according to schematics.
- Strong knowledge of pneumatic systems, including assembly, and troubleshooting.
- Manual machining skills, including milling, turning, and drilling.
- Experience with building and modifying structures using 80/20 extrusion.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality in all tasks.
- Certification or diploma in mechatronics or a related field.
