The Production Trainer will develop, plan, and execute employee training regarding day-to-day production activities and coordinate with the farm manager and production manager. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Trains, coaches, and provides support to employees of all levels and individual job tasks, including the on-farm training orientation for new employees.
- Provides feedback to supervisors and/or human resources on employee progression and development through oral and written reports.
- Plans weekly training schedule with supervisors and performs training audits.
- Sets goals and objectives with trainees and provides timely feedback through follow-up on performance.
- Under the direction of the farm supervisor aids with monthly safety training and up-to-date record keeping.

- Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred or two to four years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Applicant must have 1+ years of swine production experience.
- Must have strong communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Valid driver's license and clear motor vehicle record (MVR).
SCHEDULE Mon-Fri, 1st shift, one Saturday a month is anticipated based on business needs. COMPENSATION We offer a competitive pay rate based on your skills and experience related to this position. - While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to move around the facility.

- Primarily a field position with some office work.

- The hours and days of work are established by departmental needs and at the discretion of management. After-hours, weekends, and overnight travel as requested.
